“People may have received notifications in the last week to a
fortnight regarding their medical cards,” said Deputy Sherlock.
“Whether it is about a review of a new application people need
certainty on their medical bills. We are in regular contact with the
HSE centrally on medical card reviews and for new applications. If you
or someone you know received a notice from the HSE about your medical
card and have questions please do not hesitate to contact me. We are
working with people on these issues and more and remain fully
operational as your representative in Dáil Éireann.”
