Fresh food lovers in search of some locally produced products should go no further than the Old School House located on Church Lane in Midleton.
Every Friday between 9:30AM till 1:30PM quite a variety of items are on sale from fresh homemade bread, scones, cakes and pastries, gluten free scones and treats, lasagnes, shepherds pies, soups and potato cakes, eggs, free range chickens, chutneys, jams, marmalade , honey and lemon curd. Locally grown vegetables, herbs, flowers and plants are also on display along with handmade soaps, Celtic birth tree framed pictures, crochet and knitting. They even have tea and coffee.
